We want you to love every piece. If a selection does not feel right, you may return or exchange it within 14 days of delivery — unworn, with the original tags and packaging intact.
The 14-Day Window
- Returns and exchanges are accepted up to 14 days from the delivery date.
- The piece must be unworn, with all original tags, dust bags and boxes.
- Returned items must not show signs of use, fragrance or alteration.
How It Works
- Contact our concierge with your order number and the reason for return.
- We arrange a free pickup from your address at a time that suits you.
- Once inspected, your refund or exchange is confirmed within 48 hours.
Refunds & Exchanges
- Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 3–5 business days.
- Exchanges are prioritized — your replacement ships the next business day.
- Sizing exchanges (same piece, different size) are always free of charge.
Exceptions
- Custom-sized or bespoke items are made to order and are non-returnable.
- Personal accessories in intimate categories cannot be returned once opened.
- If a piece arrives damaged or defective, we replace it immediately — no questions asked.
